刚刚额度用完了切个账号结果推出去跳“Unable to locate the Codex CLI binary”
关机大法无效后遂准备搜索设置路径
Google 搜索 GitHub 发现同样问题 N 个月前就提了一直没修

此情况适用于手动迁移 codex 从 C 盘到别的盘如 D 盘和 E 盘的用户
设置–应用–移动回 C 盘
然后就搞定了，也不用重启啥的
