KIE quotes Seedance and MiniMax H3 in credits at $0.005 each; reAPI quotes USD per second directly. Normalised at the tier most people actually ship on:

One trap worth knowing before you compare anything: both platforms publish a cheaper rate when a request carries a reference video, and both bill that rate against input seconds plus output seconds. KIE.ai states it as With video = Price × (Input + Output). A 5-second output with an 8-second reference therefore bills 13 seconds, and the cheap tier lands above the plain one. Trim the reference clip, not the tier.
